Job summary

SA-TECH is seeking a Test Manager at Dugway Proving Ground to lead testing programs supporting DoD ranges and operations. The role requires developing test plans, schedules, and budgets, plus EVMS practices and direct customer coordination.

You'll manage multiple projects, ensure compliance with DoD policies, and mentor team members. U.S. citizenship and DoD security clearance prior to hire are required. Exceptional problem solving and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in developmental, operational testing or training.
• Experience developing test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches.
• Familiar with coordinating plans, statements of work, and operating budgets.
• Experience with the development of work breakdown structures and implementing earned value management practices.
• U.S. Citizenship required and you must have a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance prior to hire date and maintain this clearance throughout employment.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical, as well as periodic retests.
• All candidates will be required to pass background screening to include SSN, Driver’s Record, and a Criminal Background Investigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches.
• Design and develop schedules, methods, devices, and equipment, as required, to provide test data and achieve operation’s objectives.
• Coordinate plans, statements of work, and operating budgets.
• Develop work breakdown structures and implement earned value management practices.
• Act as primary customer contact for program activity.
• Manage all aspects of assigned projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
