Job summary

SA-TECH, a DoD contractor, seeks a Test Manager at Dugway Proving Ground in Utah to lead test programs for DoD ranges and capabilities. You will develop test plans, schedules, cost estimates, and manage budgets while coordinating with customers and teams to meet test objectives.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 3 years in developmental/operational testing or training, experience with WBS and EVMS, DoD security clearance, and the ability to pass drug screening and background

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of experience in developmental, operational testing or training.
• Experience developing test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches.
• Familiar with coordinating plans, statements of work, and operating budgets.
• Experience with the development of work breakdown structures and implementing earned value management practices.
• Commitment to maintaining a productive and collaborative working environment.
• Current Driver’s License; insured to drive company/work/government/rental vehicles.
• U.S. Citizenship and DoD Secret Security Clearance prior to hire and to maintain.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and physical, plus periodic retests.
• Background screening including SSN, Driver’s Record, and Criminal Background Investigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches.
• Design and develop schedules, methods, devices, and equipment to provide test data and meet objectives.
• Coordinate plans, statements of work, and operating budgets.
• Develop work breakdown structures and implement earned value management practices.
• Act as primary customer contact for program activity.
• Manage all aspects of assigned projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
