Job summary

SA-TECH is seeking a Test Manager to support the Dugway Proving Ground program. You will develop customized test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches, and design schedules, methods, and equipment to produce test data and meet objectives.

You will act as the primary customer contact, manage all aspects of assigned projects, and coordinate plans, SOWs, and budgets. Applicants must be a US citizen with DoD Secret clearance, three years of relevant testing experience, pass a drug

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of experience in developmental, operational testing or training.
• Experience developing test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches.
• Familiar with coordinating plans, statements of work, and operating budgets.
• Experience with development of work breakdown structures and EVMS practices.
• US citizenship and DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches.
• Design schedules, methods, devices, and equipment to provide test data and meet objectives.
• Coordinate plans, statements of work, and operating budgets.
• Develop work breakdown structures and implement Earned Value Management practices.
