Job summary

SA-TECH is seeking a Facility Engineer/Manager to support the West Desert Test Center at Dugway Proving Ground, Utah. The role focuses on evaluating projects, developing cost estimates, QA/QC plans, and providing engineering support for facilities and test systems.

Ideal candidates will have a B.E. degree, two years of related engineering experience, and strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate with government engineers and ensure compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with two years of relevant experience.
• Experience applying engineering and scientific principles to technical tasks.
• Experience in project management and understanding facility operations and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate projects and develop cost estimates, technical approaches, and QA/QC plans.
• Identify key elements/factors that may impact the success of a project.
• Provide engineering support to various WDTC operating and support facilities, laboratories, chambers, fixtures, test control systems, test range grips and support structures.
• Coordinate and support government facility test or design engineers.
• Other duties as assigned.
