Job summary

SA-TECH, a DoD contractor at Dugway Proving Ground, seeks a Test Manager to lead test planning, budgeting, and program execution. You will design data-gathering methods, coordinate SOWs, and manage project performance while ensuring security requirements are met.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and three years in testing or training, with strong focus on earned value management and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in developmental, operational testing or training.
• Experience developing test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches.
• Familiar with coordinating plans, statements of work, and operating budgets.
• Experience with work breakdown structures and earned value management practices.
• U.S. Citizenship and a DoD Secret Security Clearance prior to hire and maintenance of clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized test plans, cost estimates, and detailed technical approaches.
• Design and develop schedules, methods, devices, and equipment to provide test data and meet objectives.
• Coordinate plans, statements of work, and operating budgets.
• Develop work breakdown structures and implement earned value management practices.
• Act as primary customer contact for program activity and manage all aspects of assigned projects.
