Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of experience in technical writing or related field.
• Experience collecting, organizing, drafting, editing, and maintaining technical documentation.
• Familiarity with SDLC documentation and processes.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise documentation.
• Ability to develop process flows and architectural diagrams with SMEs.
• Strong written communication and editing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and documentation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple documents and deadlines with version control.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, format, organize, and maintain policy and guidance documentation.
• Develop and maintain service catalogs, SLAs, SOPs, cybersecurity materials.
• Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity SMEs to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure documents are reviewed and approved by SMEs.
• Maintain editorial standards and document-control across IT documents.
• Coordinate document layout and visuals to communicate concepts.
