ASRC Federal Broadleaf Inc is seeking a qualified Technical Writer with an active Secret clearance to support a Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) client headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia. This position is fully onsite.

The Technical Writer will develop, edit, organize, and maintain high-quality technical documentation supporting IT and cybersecurity operations, including policies, IT directives (ITODs), procedures, SOPs, manuals, service catalogs, and other technical

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience drafting, editing, and maintaining technical documentation.
Familiarity with SDLC documentation and processes.
Ability to translate complex technical information into clear documentation.
Ability to develop process flows and architecture diagrams with SMEs.

Responsibilities

Draft, edit, format, organize, and maintain policy and guidance documentation (ITODs, AIs, SOPs, manuals).
Develop and maintain service catalogs, SLAs, RMF docs, and other security-related materials.
Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and SME teams to gather source material and validate accuracy.
Ensure content is reviewed and approved by SMEs and approving officials.
Maintain editorial standards, version control, and document lifecycle management.
