McBride Consulting seeks a Technical Writer to support AFLCMC/HBS/WIW efforts. The role requires turning complex DoD technical information into clear user documentation, policies, and manuals. You will work with engineers, program managers, and vendors to define specifications and ensure editorial quality across publications.

Hybrid full-time position located at Tinker AFB, OK. Must possess active DoD experience and US citizenship, with the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Clear ability to write original technical papers, manuals, policies, specifications, and reports.
• Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation for diverse audiences.
• Ensure documents meet agency style, formatting, tone, and accuracy standards.
