Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of systems engineering or related experience.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance at start or above.
• Experience with system integration, testing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer technical support for installation, configuration, and operation of computer systems and software.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system and software issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Analyze and document system, user, functional, and data requirements.
• Develop and conduct system and integration testing to verify requirements.
• Support configuration management and documentation for systems and software.
