Job summary

ENDICTUS Corp. seeks a Mid-Level Systems Engineer to support a mission-critical DoD program at Fort Meade, Maryland. The role covers installation, integration, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and sustainment of computer systems and software.

You will work across disciplines to analyze requirements, document design, and participate in testing to ensure performance. DoD Secret clearance and Security+ certification are required, with hands-on VMware, Linux, and Cisco networking experience.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in systems engineering, systems integration, or related field.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance at start.
• Active CompTIA Security+ certification prior to contract start.
• Experience installing, integrating, maintaining, testing, or supporting complex IT systems.
• Ability to work in secure DoD environments and complete required cybersecurity training.
• Experience with cross-domain technologies and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer technical support for installation, configuration, integration, maintenance, and operation of computer systems and software.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system and software problems and perform root-cause analysis.
• Analyze and document user and system requirements.
• Develop and conduct system and integration testing to verify requirements.
• Support configuration management, baselines, release management, and documentation.
• Collaborate with DoD personnel across disciplines in secure environments.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff and coordinate activities as needed.
