Job summary

Sedulous Consulting Services is seeking a Mid-Level Systems Engineer to support the U.S. Marine Corps PM AAA for the Amphibious Combat Vehicle program.

You will evaluate system performance, review engineering documentation, and assist with engineering changes throughout the lifecycle. This role requires DoD program experience, strong analytical and briefing skills, and the ability to work with government customers and industry partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or systems engineering.
• 4–6 years of professional engineering experience.
• Experience supporting an ACAT I, II, or III DoD acquisition program.
• Experience reviewing technical documentation and engineering change packages.
• Experience participating in design reviews and test events.
• Strong technical writing and briefing skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information to engineering and program management personnel.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering analysis of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.
• Review and evaluate engineering documentation, including: requirements documents, CAD drawings, Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), technical review documents, test plans and reports, and DLA Form 339 documentation.
• Participate in technical design reviews and Engineering Change Proposal reviews.
• Observe hardware integration and system testing activities.
• Analyze test results and provide technical recommendations.
• Develop technical briefings and present engineering findings to Government stakeholders.
• Provide engineering support for: DLA Form 339 provisioning activities, PQDRs, root cause analysis.
• Support production, depot, and manufacturing activities involving ACVs.
• Coordinate with Government personnel, equipment specialists, and contractors to resolve engineering issues.
