First Division Consulting in Stafford, VA, seeks a Program Analyst IV to support Marine Corps Acquisition, handling program planning, cost, schedule, and performance across lifecycle stages.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance, 3–10 years of relevant DoD experience (or 15+ years without a degree), and proficiency with MS Project/OnePager. You’ll interact with government teams and drive milestone documentation.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• 3–10 years of DoD programmatic planning and execution with a bachelor’s degree; 15+ years allowed in lieu of degree.
• Experience supporting acquisition planning, cost, schedule, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisition lifecycle from requirements to operations and support.
• Coordinate with financial, systems, cybersecurity, and logistics stakeholders.
• Prepare and review acquisition documentation across phases.
• Communicate program status, milestones, and impacts to leadership.
• Identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Attend meetings and prepare minutes and briefings for leadership.
• Develop and manage the program master schedule with stakeholders.
