Job summary

Sedulous Consulting Services seeks a Mid-Level Systems Engineer to support the U.S. Marine Corps PM AAA on the Amphibious Combat Vehicle program at Quantico, VA.

Work with government engineers and industry partners to evaluate system performance and engineering changes throughout the lifecycle. This role requires DoD acquisition experience, a SECRET clearance, and strong technical writing and briefing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
• 4–6 years of professional engineering experience.
• Experience on ACAT I, II, or III DoD acquisition programs.
• Experience reviewing technical documentation and engineering change packages.
• Experience participating in design reviews and test events.
• Strong technical writing and briefing skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information to both engineering and program management personnel.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering analysis of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.
• Review and evaluate documentation including requirements, CAD drawings, ECPs, technical reviews, test plans and reports.
• Participate in technical design reviews and ECP reviews.
• Observe hardware integration and system testing activities.
• Analyze test results and provide technical recommendations.
• Develop technical briefings and present engineering findings to Government stakeholders.
• Provide engineering support for DLA Form 339 provisioning, PQDRs, and root cause analysis.
• Support production, depot, and manufacturing activities involving ACVs.
• Coordinate with Government personnel, equipment specialists, and contractors to resolve engineering issues.
