Description
Sedulous is seeking a Level Logistics Analyst to provide Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) Shipping Container, Acquisition Management, and Facility Support within Program Manager Advanced Amphibious Assault (PM AAA).
Primary duties will include (but not limited to):
- Provide shipping container support, and assist with proposals, roles and responsibilities and United States Government General Terms and Conditions document 7600A development. This includes, among other things:
- Setting up meetings with internal and external agencies
- performing Basis of Estimate (BOE) and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE) for follow on container development
- Provide acquisition management support as it pertains to Government hardware, software, and license procurements
- Use the REMEDY database to purchase the Information Technology (IT) requirements for the Program Management Office, develop cost estimates for IGCE and procurements, assist in the preparation of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), 7600A and other Key Supporting Documents that support acquisition efforts
- Provide facility support and assist with maintenance initiatives for facilities that support ACV and Assault Amphibious Vehicle (AAV) requirements.
- This includes work order development for public works and base facilities,
- Assisting with the Facility Inspection Reports (FIR) development, lease agreements, and facility contracts.
Education / Experience
- 6–8 years of related professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree
- Experience supporting an ACAT Level I - III program of record
- Certification in REMEDY training is required
- Provided acquisition management support to obtain and maintain Government hardware, software, and license procurements, to include developing cost estimates and purchasing through the REMEDY database
- Provided shipping container support, not limited to preparing justifiable cost estimates, meeting with appropriate agencies to coordinate requirements, and assisting in development of proposals (U.S. General Terms and Conditions document 7600A)
- Prepared documentation to support acquisition efforts
- Provided facility support, not limited to assisting with facility maintenance initiatives and development of facility inspection reports, lease agreements, and facility contracts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting USMC Systems Command programs
- Experience with ground vehicle sustainment programs
- Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Logistics certification (Level II / III or equivalent experience aligned with Advanced certification standards)
- Prior military logistics experience strongly desired
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
This is primarily sedentary work requiring the ability to perform tasks involving: reaching, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, standing, talking, hearing, and visual acuity. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
