Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma augmented by ongoing training or certs related to hardware/software used at this location.
• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in the field, including one (1) year DoD C4ISR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participates in design, installation and administration of local networks using multiple protocols and systems.
• Responds to IT helpdesk issues and provides user support.
• Installs and administers operating systems and application software in multi-user environments (Windows XP/Vista/7; Server 2003/2008).
• Maintains cross platform connectivity for network services and email/web services.
