Job summary

Agile Defense, Inc. is seeking a System Administrator I for on-site work at Shaw AFB, SC. The role supports enterprise systems, performs Tier 2 tech support, and ensures secure, reliable operation of server and client environments.

Requirements include an Associates degree or 4+ years IT experience, DoD 8140 DCWF 451 and MCSA or equivalent, with active TS clearance and SCI eligibility preferred. Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, and security focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Computer Science or related field, or 4+ years IT domain knowledge.
• DoD 8140 DCWF 451, Intermediate Level; and Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA) or equivalent.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility; ability to obtain updates as required.
• Experience designing, writing and implementing software to support operational apps.
• Install, configure, operate, manage, troubleshoot, repair and upgrade server systems (physical/virtual).
• Coordinate with government reps and vendors for approved changes.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, administer and manage Enterprise Systems server and client hardware, software, applications and mobile services.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support.
• Install, configure, operate, manage, troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, inspect and maintain server systems.
• Monitor system logs and security tools; perform troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Update and maintain as-built configuration drawings and documentation.
• Support cloud services and cross-domain solutions as required.
• Coordinate with system program offices and vendors for changes.
