Job summary

Foxhole Technology is seeking a Systems Administrator to support enterprise systems within a secure DoD environment. The role offers hands-on experience across Windows Server/Linux, AD/DNS/GP, and cybersecurity tool suites (HBSS, ACAS, SIEM).

Weekend shift required; active Secret clearance with TS eligibility is mandatory. You'll contribute to patching, RMF controls, documentation, and incident response while working with a mission-driven, security-focused team in a role that blends operations

Qualifications

• Must hold Active Secret clearance with TS eligibility.
• 3+ years in help desk, desktop support and systems administration.
• DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE).
• Experience managing Windows Server or Linux systems.
• Knowledge of OS, permissions, and file structures.
• Experience with HBSS, ACAS, SIEM tools.
• Ability to document processes clearly and follow structured procedures.
• Strong desire to learn in a security-focused, mission-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Perform user account setup and password resets.
• Monitor systems and diagnose hardware/software issues.
• Roll out updates/patches per DoD directives (STIGs/IAVM).
• Maintain Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
• Contribute to RMF-based control implementation.
• Update system documentation and configuration records.
• Assist with backup and restoration procedures.
• Provide operational support for cybersecurity tools (HBSS, ACAS, SIEM).
