Atlas Technologies, Inc. in Charleston, SC is seeking a motivated Systems Administrator to support DoD and Navy customers.

The role covers Linux and Windows server administration, network tasks, security, disaster recovery, and user support for hundreds of users in a highly secure environment. You will work across Cisco networks, Red Hat Linux, VMware and OpenShift, building air-gapped lab capabilities, automating tasks, and implementing DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret level clearance required or able to obtain.
• Minimum of three years relevant experience in DoD or government environment.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Security+ or CISSP plus one OS-related cert (Linux+, CCNA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide systems administration for Linux and Windows servers and desktops.
• Manage network tasks, security, and disaster recovery for DoD environment.
• Support hundreds of users with accounts, access, and resources.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline tasks and maintenance.
• Support virtualization (VMware, OpenShift) and air-gapped lab environments.
• Coordinate with Navy/DoD customers and maintain accurate asset/patch status.
