Job summary

Atlas Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our on-site team in the Charleston area. The role centers on securing and managing Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, and RMF-compliant infrastructure for DoD customers.

You will lead vulnerability remediation, manage ACAS, GPOs, and AD, and implement automation with PowerShell, Bash, and Ansible, supporting Navy C4I environments and DISA/STIG requirements.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret level clearance with SSBI/T5; TS/SCI desired
• DoD 8140/8570 IAT II certs (e.g. Security+)
• 10+ years in C4I systems with security support
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/CS or related field
• Experience supporting Navy C4I environments
• VMware/Microsoft/Linux enterprise certifications
• Experience in classified environments with privileged access

Responsibilities

• Engineer, administer, and secure Windows and Linux enterprise systems
• Maintain and enforce baseline configurations and security
• Administer VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter environments
• Support VDI infrastructure and AD/GPOs
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Bash, Ansible
• Lead vulnerability remediation and RMF activities
• Ensure DISA STIGs and Navy cybersecurity compliance
• Produce technical documentation and engineering reviews
