Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a software engineer to develop analytics, large-scale systems, and AI-enabled solutions for national defense. You’ll work on distributed computing, data storage, security, and UI design, applying modern languages and tools.

The role emphasizes collaboration, problem solving, and leadership as we push technology forward in challenging environments. A relevant CS degree or equivalent experience plus TS/SCI with Poly is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in CS or related field or 4 years of software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and enhances complex software systems based on requirements.
• Works individually or as part of a team.
• Reviews and tests software components and documents results.
• Resolves software problem reports.
• Uses appropriate development methodologies.
• Provides input on system design, including trade-offs and reuse.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
