Location: 100% Remote

Duration: SkillBridge Internship (Up to 180 Days)

Requirements: Active-duty U.S. military member within 180 days of separation with commander intent to approve between 90-180 days of participation in the DoD SkillBridge Program.

About the Role:

As a Recruiter at Elevait, you’ll be on the front lines of our talent mission—sourcing, engaging, and supporting candidates through the hiring process. You’ll help people navigate one of life’s biggest transitions, just like you are. We’ll give you hands-on experience with tools, systems, and strategies used by top recruiters, all while helping build a mission-driven team that makes an impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Source and screen candidates for a variety of roles using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal tools
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates clearly and professionally
• Manage candidate records and updates in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Support pre-hire and onboarding processes with precision and care
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and priorities
• Represent Elevait with professionalism and purpose in every interaction
