Responsibilities

• Manage professional and personal scheduling, including agendas, mail, emails, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics
• Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as information flow
• Arrange senior executives’ travel including hotel, transport, and meals
• Provide general administrative support such as typing, dictation, spreadsheets, filing and contact databases
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive materials
• Organize team communications and plan offsite events
