Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
• Current PM certification and at least one certification in Scrum/Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Strong managerial experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards for projects.
• Develop, maintain and archive project documentation.
• Provide leadership using Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Define deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for the project team.
• Track team performance and deliverables.
• Manage conflicts and elevate unresolved issues.
