Job summary

Insight Global is hiring multiple ServiceNow Developers to support a Department of Defense program at Fort Meade, MD. Onsite work in a classified environment requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams to streamline business processes and deliver scalable ITSM-enabled services.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet all requirements to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Experience creating and maintaining Business Rules, Client Scripts, Catalog Items, Workflows UI Policies, and Service Portals
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
