Job summary

A technology services company is seeking a candidate with an Associate's degree and at least three years of experience in IT inventory control and help desk support. The position requires familiarity with Microsoft Windows applications and an active DoD Secret security clearance. All work is to be performed on-site in Indian Head, Maryland.

Description

Minimum Education: Associate’s degree in a computer-related field or an equivalent technical degree from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional certification for years of experience - Sec+ or equivalent.

Minimum Experience: Three (3) years’ experience in using enterprise software systems to interface with clients/users. Experience should include IT inventory control and help desk support with Microsoft Windows (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, and TEAMS) as well as Acrobat Pro.

Applicant must be a US citizen and hold an active DoD Secret security clearance#CJ.
