Required IAT Level II

Three (3) years of professional experience in IT configuration management, inventory control, help desk support, and workflow implementation. Demonstrated knowledge of policies and regulations governing these areas, with processes maintained to ensure compliance.

Target Education: Associate’s degree in IT logistics services or an equivalent technical degree from an accredited college or university; or an equivalent professional certification per CSWF certification requirements.
