Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced Material Program Manager (MPM) in Andover, MA to ensure program execution for materials management, including cost, schedule, quality, and supplier performance. You will lead budgeting, EAC, and cross-functional interfaces, interfacing with Program Office, Production Planning, Engineering, and Quality.

The role requires a university degree with 8+ years or an advanced degree with 5+ years, ERP/SAP or PRISM experience, and US citizenship to obtain a security

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 8+ years in related work, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience in Material Program Management or Supply Chain.
• Ability to obtain/maintain US security clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Support MPM Leads with monthly material forecasting.
• Manage material budgets and EAC with CAM where applicable.
• Support annual AOP development/execution.
• Develop and execute Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans.
• Plan sourcing decisions and support Make/Buy/Where decisions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align material availability with milestones via SAP/PRISM.
