RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Material Program Manager (MPM) to lead material forecasting, budgeting, and supplier management for the LADS SBU and PF&M SSBU program.

You will drive EVMS/MPM certification, manage EAC and make/buy decisions, coordinate with procurement and engineering, and mitigate supply risks while engaging across functional teams.

This U.S.-based role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain security clearance, with a track record in defense programs.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent with 8+ years' relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, production control, procurement, or finance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP, PRISM, Kinaxis or equivalent ERP systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain EVMS certification and MPM certification within one year.
• Support monthly material forecasting via ROMS and MFT tools.
• Act as or support CAM to manage material budgets and EAC for the program.
• Support MPM Leads in annual AOP development.
• Develop and execute Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans.
• Plan and execute sourcing decisions and support Make/Buy/Where decisions.
• Communicate requirements to suppliers and conduct supplier engagements.
• Drive Purchase Requisition generation and PO management.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to align material availability with milestones (SAP/Prism ERP).
• Identify and mitigate supplier performance vulnerabilities.
• Support proposal activities for material cost and lead time.
• Participate in program/engineering reviews and CN/ECP approvals.
• Ensure suppliers support MRP, MPP, and MPS.
• Monitor performance metrics and address program issues.
• Mitigate supply chain risks with suppliers and purchasing.
