Job summary

CRL Technologies is seeking a Scheduler to manage the Integrated Government Schedule (IGS) for a DoD R&D program on-site at Patuxent River, MD. The role requires a Final DoD Top Secret Clearance and will coordinate with PMs, IPTs, Engineering, Logistics, and Test & Evaluation to align scope, dependencies, and execution strategy.

The candidate will perform schedule risk and critical path analyses, monitor performance, and support PMRs and milestone reviews.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficient with project scheduling software (MS Project or OpenPlan).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support schedule products and briefings for PMRs, IBRs, milestone reviews, and senior leadership briefings.
• Ensure compliance with NAVAIR scheduling policies and DIDs.
• Evaluate IMS health and ensure compliance with CDRL Deliverable and DCMA 14-point criteria.
• Support configuration management and baseline change control processes, including schedule impact assessments.
• Provide schedule metrics, forecasts, and visualizations to support decision-making and risk mitigation.
• Identify schedule risks and collaborate with the Risk Management Board for mitigation.
• Maintain schedule documentation, assumptions, and data integrity for audit readiness.
• Support Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) with the Risk Management Board.
• Develop and track schedule mitigation and recovery plans for at-risk milestones.
