Job summary

Abile Group is seeking a Scheduler to support a DoD customer’s Classified Network Services. The role encompasses scheduling, program planning, and project controls for multi‑year programs in a high‑security setting.

Ideal candidates have DoD/IC experience, TS/SCI clearance, EVM/Agile familiarity, and strong communication and documentation skills. Onsite locations: Annapolis Junction, MD or Joint Base-Anacostia Bolling.

Qualifications

Experience in scheduling, program planning, project controls.
Mastery of scheduling tools (Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
Knowledge of WBS, CPM, and integrated baseline management.
Experience developing and managing schedules for complex, multi-year programs, ideally within government or intelligence community environments.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-security environments with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Experience in scheduling, program planning, project controls, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated mastery of scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Critical Path Method (CPM), and integrated baseline management.
Experience developing and managing schedules for complex, multi‑year programs, ideally within government or intelligence community environments.
