Qualifications

• Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.
• US Citizenship is required due to government work requirements.
• Knowledge and experience with satellite communications technology architectures.
• DoD 8540 IAT Level II (Security+ce or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Create and update tickets for customer problem tracking.
• Monitor network events and management failures constantly.
• Perform IP network support, including router and switch configuration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SATCOM and IP network issues.
• Provide global equipment configurations utilizing SAA and GAA.

Skills

Moderate IP/Networking experience

Knowledge of satellite communications technology

Experience with routing protocols (EIGRP, BGP, RIP)

Familiarity with encryption devices

Education
