Job summary

Via Logic LLC is seeking a Network Support Analyst to join their Enterprise SATCOM Gateway Services Operations Support Cell at Hill AFB, UT. This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance to start.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring network events, managing customer ticketing, and supporting IP satellite modem functions in a 24/7 environment. Required qualifications include a DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certificate and moderate experience in SATCOM architecture and network management.

Qualifications

• Must have DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification at start date.
• Currently possess an active Secret security clearance.
• 2-4 years of experience in the relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Create and update tickets for customer problem tracking.
• Monitor network events and failures in real-time.
• Perform configuration of routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Work with DoD SATCOM Gateway facilities to troubleshoot issues.

Skills

DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification

Moderate experience with SAA/GAAs

Understanding of MILSATCOM encryption

Network management using iDirect/Linkway/EBEM

Ability to work in a 24/7 operations environment

Education

High school diploma
