North South Consulting Group in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of Salesforce solutions for DoD customers. This on-site role plans and tracks work, manages scope, schedule, risk, and ensures timely contract deliverables with the government customer.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, hands-on Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe), and experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project, plus PMP certification. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience.
Experience delivering Agile projects (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk on contracts with formal deliverables.
Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and manage delivery of Salesforce projects from kickoff through deployment and sustainment.
Run Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and maintain backlog with the BA.
Track scope, schedule, budget, and resources; report status to leadership and government customer.
Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
Prepare and deliver contract deliverables (CDRLs) and status reports on time.
