Job summary

North South Consulting Group seeks a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and support Salesforce solutions for DoD customers in Elizabethtown, KY. You will own features from design through deployment, write secure, well-tested code, and mentor junior developers as part of a collaborative team.

You’ll work with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow, integrate systems via REST APIs, and participate in CI/CD with Git. This on-site role requires US citizenship and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Solid knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow.
• Asynchronous Apex and governor limits awareness.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with REST APIs.
• Writing unit tests and working on an Agile team.
• Experience with Git and Git repositories.

Responsibilities

• Independently design, build, and test features using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow.
• Turn user stories into technical tasks and estimates for sprints.
• Choose between declarative and code solutions based on maintainability.
• Build and support integrations using REST APIs and Platform Events.
• Write secure code respecting sharing rules and CUI requirements.
• Write unit tests and maintain code quality and coverage.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Manage changes through Git and the CI/CD pipeline.
• Troubleshoot production defects and document designs for sustainment.
