Job summary

North South Consulting Group is seeking a Junior Salesforce Developer in Elizabethtown, KY, on-site. The role focuses on building and supporting Salesforce solutions for DoD customers, under the guidance of senior developers.

You will learn and contribute across Apex, LWC, and declarative tools while leveraging Git and CI/CD processes. We require a learning mindset with basic object-oriented knowledge and DoD-ready credentials.

Qualifications

• Entry-level Salesforce/Software development experience (0–2 years).
• Basic knowledge of an object-oriented language (Apex, Java, or C#).
• Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flow and validation rules.
• Experience with Git and Git repositories (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket).

Responsibilities

• Build and configure features using Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools under guidance.
• Fix defects and complete well-defined user stories within each sprint.
• Write unit tests and help maintain code coverage.
• Configure objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Participate in code reviews and CI/CD processes.
• Troubleshoot issues and document solutions.
• Update technical documentation as features change.
