This role requires US citizenship and hands-on Agile leadership—facilitating ceremonies, maintaining the backlog with the BA, reporting status to program leadership, and ensuring contract deliverables are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
• Managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk on contracts with formal deliverables.
• Jira/Azure DevOps/Microsoft Project tools experience.
• Developing Process Maps (e.g., BPMN, Visio, or Lucidchart).
• Developing and refining User Stories.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage delivery of Salesforce projects from kickoff through deployment and sustainment.
• Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and maintain the backlog with the Business Analyst.
• Track scope, schedule, budget, and resources, and report status to program leadership and the government customer.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare and deliver contract deliverables (CDRLs), status reports, and briefings on time.
• Coordinate across the architect, developers, analysts, and government stakeholders to remove blockers.
• Manage change requests and keep work within the contract's scope.
• Coordinate release planning, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities.
• Support ATO and RMF activities by coordinating the team's documentation and timelines.
• Capture lessons learned and continuously improve delivery processes.
