• Experience in an Agile team.
• Eliciting requirements and writing user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Developing and refining User Stories.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience as an analyst, administrator, or power user.

Aufgaben

• Lead requirements workshops with government stakeholders and end users.
• Document current and future business processes and data flows.
• Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria and maintain the backlog.
• Perform fit-gap analysis to map Salesforce features to needs.
• Configure basic Salesforce features (fields, layouts, reports, dashboards) as needed.
• Write test cases and coordinate UAT.
• Maintain a requirements traceability matrix from needs to features.
• Create training materials and release notes; support user training.
• Gather feedback after release and propose improvements.
