BFG Enterprises, LLC seeks Real Property Analysts to support the 88th Readiness Division under the USARC Analyst Support program. Maintain Army real property records, support audit readiness, and coordinate with local Realty staff on-site in Fort McCoy, WI.

This on-site role requires DoD real property experience, HQIIS/GFEBS proficiency, and SECRET clearance. Travel up to 25% and field inventories may be required.

Qualificações

• At least two years of DoD real property experience.
• Proficiency in GFEBS Real Property roles and HQIIS.
• Ability to obtain SECRET clearance before full performance.

Responsabilidades

• Update real property records for acquisitions, disposals, and capital improvements with DPW Realty staff.
• Plan and perform physical inventories; prepare capitalization packets.
• Resolve discrepancies in UICs, codes, and status; maintain records and reports.
• Reconcile GFEBS and HQIIS; maintain weekly exception logs and actions.
• Prepare monthly status reports and briefings; support audit/document retrieval.
