RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Software Scrum Master for the AN/TPY-2 radar program in US-based onsite role. You will coach the Agile team, partner with the Product Owner, and ensure software delivery and EVM processes are followed. A DoD security clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent.
Experience with software architecture and C/C++ development.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum, SAFe and DevSecOps practices.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

Coach the Agile Development Team and support Product Owner.
Ensure Development and EVM processes are followed.
Identify impediments and foster high-performing teams.
Coordinate sprint activities and backlog prioritization.
Help quantify risks, track dependencies, and manage cost/schedule/tech performance.
Design, develop, integrate radar software features in C++ and sustain environments.
