RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is hiring a Software Scrum Master (Senior Software Engineer) for the AN/TPY-2 radar program Orcas agile software team in the US. The role emphasizes agile leadership, team development, and delivering radar software features in C++. Applicants must be a U.S.

citizen and able to obtain an active DoD security clearance. The team will coordinate with Product Owner and leadership to manage risks, schedule, and technical performance while maintaining

Formación

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Experience leading a software development team.
• Experience with software architecture, design and development using C/C++.
• Experience with Agile Scrum, SAFe and DevSecOps.
• Experience with oversight of cost, schedule and technical performance of a software team.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Coach the Agile Development Team in Agile best practices and servant leadership.
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and standups; coordinate with Product Owner.
• Manage backlog readiness, risks, dependencies, and cost/schedule/performance.
