Teksouth seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to support our client at Shaw Air Force Base in South Carolina. The role leads the Quality Assurance Program, ensuring compliance with Air Force Instructions and DoD financial management requirements, and driving continuous improvement in a mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• 2-3 years of DoD FM Quality Assurance experience.
• 1-2 years of Air Force-specific DoD FM Quality Assurance experience.

Responsabilités

• Execute the Quality Assurance Program in line with Air Force Instructions.
• Identify performance indicators, collect data, analyze trends, and engage stakeholders.
• Maintain Discrepancy Tracking and ensure corrective actions address root causes.
• Perform independent reviews to identify problems and recommend fixes.
• Host monthly QA meetings to review health of the organization.
