Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience in Information Assurance providing IT systems support for Navy/DoD customers or directly for Navy/DoD.
• DoD-approved Information Assurance baseline certification at IAT Level II in accordance with DoD Directive 8570.01-M.
• Must complete certification sustainment related training to maintain certification status as required by the contract SOW.

Responsibilities

• Quality Program Leadership: Establish, implement, and sustain QA frameworks, plans, procedures, and metrics aligned to program objectives and contract requirements.
• Compliance & IA Controls: Oversee adherence to applicable policies, standards, and directives.
• Process Improvement: Identify quality gaps, root causes, and corrective/preventive actions; drive continuous improvement.
• Audit Readiness & Reporting: Prepare for and support audits, assessments, and inspections; develop dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Deliverable Review: Conduct quality reviews of technical documentation, plans, test results, change requests, and configuration baselines.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate quality risks with IA and engineering teams throughout the lifecycle.
