Job summary

TEKSOUTH CORPORATION, based at Shaw Air Force Base in South Carolina, seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA program, ensuring compliance with Air Force Instructions and DoD financial management requirements.

You will analyze program performance, manage corrective actions, conduct independent reviews, and oversee self-inspections and the Crossfeed program while promoting accountability and fraud-awareness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance required.
• 2-3 years of DoD FM Quality Assurance experience.
• 1-2 years of Air Force-specific DoD FM Quality Assurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes the Quality Assurance Program in accordance with Air Force Instructions.
• Identifies performance indicators, gathers data, analyzes trends, and discusses findings with stakeholders.
• Maintains Discrepancy Tracking and ensures corrective actions address root cause.
• Performs independent reviews to identify problems and recommend fixes.
• Hosts monthly QA meetings to review health of the organization.
• Oversees Self-inspection program with current checklists and truthful reflections.
