The candidate will use AESIP, GCSS-Army, S-PBUSE, and MS Office to maintain records and prepare required documents. Responsibilities include handling classified materials, data entry, and responding to inquiries.

Qualifications

• SECRET security clearance required before beginning support of this effort.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to obtain required licenses for equipment (e.g., forklifts, 15K truck).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented and accurate in administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain staff changes; coordinate with ACOM/DA for changes to authorization documents.
• Download, review, upload and edit automated/manual authorization documents in property book systems.
• Review property records and update cataloging of authorized balances for CTA items.
• Maintain control of classified material and store securely.
• Enter data into databases; ensure cross-referencing for new and existing records.
• Respond to customer and vendor inquiries using retrieved data.
• Research patterns of transaction errors and failures to determine root causes.
• Prepare diverse reports and status updates from data collected.
• Maintain files per Army/DoD regulations and use MS Office for reports.
• Use Outlook for professional email communications.
• Operate logistics systems AESIP, GCSS-Army, S-PBUSE, and related tools.
