Job summary

Electrosoft Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Planner and Quality Assurance Specialist to support a major DoD program at Scott Air Force Base, Belleville, IL. You will manage the PMO schedule, RMF activities, and DevSecOps integration using AI tools with human validation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 8140-compliant certification, and a active Secret clearance; onsite work is required with limited telework as approved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, cybersecurity, PM or related field.
• Strong schedule-analysis skills and experience building integrated project schedules.
• Experience coordinating activities across multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams.
• Knowledge of RMF, Zero Trust, and DevSecOps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the PMO schedule, reporting, and status updates.
• Lead RMF, Assurance Operations, and zero-trust related scheduling activities.
• Create and manage the Integrated Master Plan/Schedule for the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate across engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams.
• Produce dashboards, metrics, and schedule narratives with AI-assisted tools.
• Ensure quality reviews and alignment with templates and acceptance criteria.
• Support program reviews and audits with evidence and materials.
