Job summary

Computer World Services seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead a DoD IT services program at Scott Air Force Base, IL. You will manage cost, schedule, quality, and staffing outcomes, interfacing with KO and COR and directing contractor personnel.

Responsibilities include overseeing staffing plans, task order management, and monthly cost reporting, while ensuring QASP compliance and 508 accessibility. A PMP and multi-site government experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience leading DoD or Federal IT services efforts of comparable size, scope, and complexity.
• Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-site government IT services programs (PMP preferred; bachelor’s/master’s in a relevant field)

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface with the KO and COR; direct all contractor personnel and set work schedules
• Develop and maintain the Task Order Management Plan, including org chart, staffing plan, subcontractor management plan, and recruiting/retention plan
• Deliver the Monthly Status and Cost Report and lead quarterly In-Process Reviews
• Own performance against the QASP, manage the Risk Register, and manage Phase I to Phase II transition/descoping execution
• Ensure staffing fill milestones: Key Personnel
• Accountable for prime and subcontractor quality, and Section 508 compliance
