Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or higher.
• 8140-compliant certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, A+, SSCP) preferred.
• Active U.S. Secret clearance is required.
• Onsite work at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois with limited telework.
• Ability to use Government- or company-approved AI tools with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO in developing and maintaining schedules, workflow automation, and status updates.
• Lead schedule preparation for RMF, Assurance Operations, and DevSecOps activities.
• Develop and maintain the Program Integrated Master Plan/Schedule for the full lifecycle.
• Integrate program-management, engineering, operations, and cybersecurity activities into the master plan.
• Establish schedule logic, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths.
• Develop schedule-performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Use approved automation and AI tools to draft reports and summaries.
• Validate AI-assisted outputs for accuracy before submission.
