Job summary

Electrosoft is seeking a Security Control Assessor Representative Task Lead to oversee and manage security control assessments and RMF activities for DoD programs at Scott Air Force Base, IL. You will coordinate RMF artifacts, coordinate with AO and SCA, and lead a team across 40+ Programs of Record.

The role requires DoD 8140 certs, active clearance, experience with eMASS, and strong written/verbal communication to present findings to senior government and contractor personnel.

Qualifications

• Current 8140 Cyber Security compliant certification (CCISO, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CISSP-ISSEP, CySA+, GSLC or GSNA)
• Minimum of 6 years of related experience
• Masters or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, IT and Software Engineering
• Active DoD Secret security clearance
• Experience with DoD RMF tool eMASS

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day work for specific contract deliverables
• Lead efforts to assess and recommend enterprise security controls/enhancements
• Manage SME support for RMF activities within/eMASS
• Act as primary link between team, PMs, and customer
• Provide oversight and risk analysis for artifacts and POA&M items
• Triage authorization, POA&M, SSP, and risk acceptance requests
• Identify non-compliant submissions and prepare PRR for government approval
• Verify SCARs review security artifacts for adequacy
• Coordinate IV&V within eMASS on NIPRNet/SIPRNet
• Compile authorization packages to support risk recommendations
