Job summary

Electrosoft Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Planner and Quality Assurance Specialist to support a major DoD program at Scott Air Force Base, Belleville, IL. You will manage project scheduling with the Government and Contractor Team, applying sound planning, QA, and cybersecurity practices while validating AI-assisted outputs.

The role requires coordinating RMF, Assurance Operations, and DevSecOps activities, developing the master schedule, and delivering leadership-ready

Qualifications

Strong schedule-analysis skills and experience developing integrated project schedules.
Knowledge of program and project-management principles, practices, and tools.
Experience coordinating activities across multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams.
Knowledge of critical path method, schedule dependencies, schedule-risk analysis, and schedule-performance reporting.
Experience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Planner, or similar tools for tracking, managing, and visualizing tasks and plans, and how to leverage AI for efficiency.
Familiarity with workflow automation, data visualization, dashboard development, or AI-assisted productivity tools is preferred.
Ability to use generative AI tools responsibly to support drafting, analysis, summarization, and quality-review activities while maintaining human judgment and accountability.
Ability to assess AI-generated content for factual accuracy, relevance, completeness, bias, security concerns, and alignment with program requirements.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with personnel at all professional levels.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to manage time and meet strict deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a demonstrated record of producing high-quality work.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in the required field; relevant experience may substitute for degree when applicable.

Responsibilities

Support the PMO in developing and maintaining the Microsoft Teams Channel Planner, workflows, and status updates.
Lead in preparing and maintaining schedules for RMF, Assurance Operations, System/ Application Scanning, Zero Trust, and DevSecOps.
Develop and maintain the Program Integrated Master Plan/Schedule from initiation to closeout.
Integrate program-management, engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and related activities into the master plan.
Establish schedule logic, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths.
Develop and maintain schedule-performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Use approved automation and AI tools to draft status reports, action-item logs, and narratives; validate output.
Identify schedule conflicts, overdue actions, and delivery risks; support leadership-ready materials.
Advise on schedule performance, forecasts, and resource constraints; coordinate deliverables.
Monitor workloads with line managers; ensure adequate resources and notify Government of delays.
Track checklists and packages from submission through approval.
Support follow-on actions and resolution of data issues and discrepancies.
Identify and help resolve conflicts among stakeholders in planning and scheduling.
Prepare for reviews and audits with schedules, evidence, and supporting materials.
Assist with QA of contract deliverables against requirements and templates.
Contribute to repeatable planning, quality-control, automation, and AI workflow processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
