Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer IV at Scott AFB, IL to provide senior systems engineering, cybersecurity accreditation, and Agile requirements coordination for DoD programs.

You will support RMF activities, review architectures in DoDAF formats, conduct technical reviews, and coordinate with security engineers and government stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant system performance across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 9 years of relevant systems engineering experience with DoD/IT.
• Experience in systems engineering, RMF cybersecurity accreditation, Agile requirements, and governance.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to brief senior government stakeholders.
• Ability to lead technical discussions across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems engineering analysis for complex DoD information systems.
• Develop and maintain system architectures in DoDAF or approved formats.
• Review contractor deliverables and advise on performance, reliability, security.
• Identify risks and mitigate across lifecycle phases.
• Support RMF and system authorization activities including accreditation docs.
• Provide security best-practice recommendations for audits and assessments.
• Coordinate with security engineers and government stakeholders on issues.
• Review Agile requirements and ensure alignment with architecture and security.
• Support Agile governance forums (CCB, ST/ART, RRB, TIM).
• Contribute to engineering milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, ORR).
